Outlaws Run Out of Town !

This was to be the second trip to Leicester this season and the second time facing The Outlaws. The Sharks were always going to be the dominant team between these two and set off with a fast lead taking the scoring out to 26 by the end of the first quarter.

The second quarter saw the younger/smaller members of the sharks come on. This didn’t stop the Sharks though as the pressure was still added and this quarter ended with the Sharks outscoring the Outlaws 14 to 4.

Third quarter saw just about every Shark notch some points on the board and it was a very impressive performance by these players.

Fourth quarter saw the Sharks carry on as they had done throughout and keep up the pressure. In Ilkeston’s favour their numbers 5 and 8 were a constant thorn in our side as they were driving to basket and getting some points for their own team.

All in all a good team display which gave the younger/smaller player plenty of time on court.
