Training

Training times for the 2009/2010 season are:

Thursdays 6:00pm - 7:30pm @ All Saints

Saturdays 1:00pm - 3:00pm @Springs

Please note these sessions are for the existing squad. If you are interested in playing for the Junior Sharks please complete the "Want to be a Shark" form.

Players: You should always inform a member of the coaching staff if you are unable to attend training. It is expected that you stil attend training (watch the sessions) if you are injured so that you do not miss anything.
